Winter Garden Ice Arena

ICE MICE - SATURDAY SESSION  8 WEEK SESSIONS! 
(Ages 3 - 5 years)

If your child is between the ages of 3 and 5, we now offer Ice Mice skating classes on Saturday mornings! All Ice Mice equipment is required. Children MUST be at least 3 years old before the start of the session. No exceptions

ICE MICE is designed to help preschool-age children develop the preliminary coordination and strength necessary to maneuver on skates. By the end of this program, skaters should feel comfortable being on skates, and be prepared to move on to Learn to Skate, or NY Rangers Learn to Play.

ICE MICE follows the US Figure Skating Association & USA Hockey guidelines. We incorporate lots of fun and games. Classes are divided by ability, and each child progresses at his or her own rate. It is recommended that your child be at least three years old by the start of class to enroll. (Due to the young age of the children, parent or guardian must remain at the rink for entire class time.)

There are no make-ups due to Ridgefield school snow day cancelations. Knee pads, elbow pads, hockey helmet with face mask & mittens/gloves required! Winter Garden has skates & hockey helmets for participants to use for the 8-week session. Skates and helmets are first come first served; we generally have enough but cannot guarantee your child's sizes will be available. We recommend that you purchase your own elbows & knee pads.  The Pro Shop has all the equipment your need to get started and answer any questions about the equipment you may have

Fee per term for Fall, Winter 1 & Winter 2  $279  + 3% Processing Fee
